50,000 sq ft restored — without stopping the line.
A failing roof over a plant that runs every day — restored watertight in stages, without the line ever stopping. Here's what that took.

An aging roof over a plant that couldn't pause.
Nebraska Air Filter builds air-filtration systems out of a 50,000-square-foot plant in the Omaha metro. Its single-ply roof had reached the end of its service life — seams splitting, water tracking inside — but the line runs daily, so pulling the building offline for a tear-off was never on the table.
Challenge, approach, result.
Keep production running
A roof past its service life over a plant that never stops. Water was getting in — and the fix couldn't cost them a single hour of production.
Coat it in stages
We mapped the roof with a walk and moisture scan, dried and repaired the wet areas, then built up a seamless reflective coating bay by bay — sequenced around the production schedule.
Zero shifts lost
50,000 sq ft sealed and renewed for a fraction of a replacement — with a reflective surface that eases the summer cooling load, a fresh warranty, and no old roof sent to a landfill.
Why it mattered to them
For a facility manager, the scariest part of a roof problem usually isn't the roof — it's the disruption. A tear-off means noise, debris, exposed interiors, and days the line isn't running. That risk is often what keeps a failing roof in service far too long.
Restoration took that risk off the table. The plant kept shipping while we worked overhead, the bill came in well under a replacement, and the reflective finish now works in their favor every summer — lower roof temps, less load on the coolers. Same building, longer life, none of the drama.
Different roofs. Different industries. Same result.
Big buildings, small buildings, different roof types — each one restored instead of replaced.

Data Center & Crypto Mining Facility, South Texas
A heat-loaded roof over sensitive equipment. Our reflective coating dropped peak surface temperatures by more than 40°F — easing the cooling load underneath.

Metal Renewable Roofing System, Gilmer, Texas
Ninety thousand square feet of aging metal roof. Rather than a full tear-off, we sealed and coated the existing structure — a fraction of the cost and disruption.

TPO Renewable Roofing System, Bossier City, Louisiana
Sixty-two thousand square feet of TPO membrane restored in under two weeks — watertight and renewed without pulling the building out of service.

Targeted Roof Restoration, McDonough, Georgia
The whole roof didn't need work — one area did. We restored the problem section and left the rest alone, so the owner spent on exactly what mattered.
