90,000 sq ft of metal roof — renewed, not replaced.
A big aging metal roof, already quoted for a full tear-off. We restored it in place instead — for a fraction of the cost and none of the waste. Here's how.

A 90,000 sq ft metal roof, written off too soon.
This Gilmer, Texas building carried 90,000 square feet of aging metal roof — rusting at the fasteners and leaking at the seams, and already quoted for a full tear-off. But the panels underneath still had real structure left. They didn't need replacing; they needed sealing.
Challenge, approach, result.
A big roof, a bigger quote
Ninety thousand square feet of metal roof, rusting and leaking at the seams — with a replacement quote big enough to stall the whole project.
Seal it, don't strip it
We cleaned and treated the metal, rebuilt the failing seams and fastener details, then sealed the entire roof under a seamless waterproof coating that flexes with the panels.
Watertight for a fraction
90,000 sq ft watertight again for a fraction of a replacement — the existing roof kept in service, kept out of the landfill, and backed by a fresh warranty.
Why it mattered to them
When a replacement quote lands, it's easy to assume that's the only option — and to brace for the cost, the mess, and hauling the old roof away. On a roof this size, that number stops a lot of owners cold.
Restoration reset the math. The metal roof they already owned went back to watertight for far less than tearing it off — no structural replacement, nothing sent to a landfill, and a warranty behind it. Same building, longer life, a budget that survived.
Different roofs. Different industries. Same result.
Big buildings, small buildings, different roof types — each one restored instead of replaced.
