Clevercoat started in Elkhorn, Nebraska, built around that one idea. Roof replacement is expensive, disruptive, and sends a lot of usable material straight to a landfill. A coating, done right, can do the same job for a fraction of the cost and the waste.
One of our earliest projects was restoring roofs for a division of a national retail company that wanted a more sustainable way to maintain its buildings. That shaped how we still work today — check first, fix what's actually wrong, and give the owner a straight answer.
