Renew the roof you have. Skip the tear-off.
A seamless, waterproof coating that seals out water and reflects the sun — the core of what "restore, don't replace" actually means.
This is where the coating actually goes on.
We clean the roof, repair any problem spots, and apply a seamless, waterproof coating that locks out water and reflects the sun. It's a real alternative to tearing off a roof that still has life left in it.

Same roof — worn and leaking on one side, sealed and reflective on the other.

What you actually get.
Prep, then a single seamless layer built to last — and renew.
Cleaning and repair, first
We clean the roof and fix problem areas before any coating goes on — a coating only works as well as what's underneath it.
One seamless layer
No seams or fasteners — the parts of a roof where leaks usually start.

A bright surface that can help lower your cooling costs, especially in the summer.

Backed by a warranty of up to 20 years, and renewable with a recoat when it eventually wears down.
Roof types we commonly restore.
Metal roofs
Standing seam and other metal types
Rubber roofs
Often called EPDM
Plastic membrane
Often called TPO
Tar-and-gravel
A type of built-up roof
When restoration isn't the right call.
Not every roof is a good candidate. If the structure underneath is too far gone, or there's damage a coating can't reasonably fix, we'll tell you directly instead of selling you a coating that won't hold up. Sometimes the honest answer is that replacement really is the better option — and if that's the case for your building, we'll say so.
What people usually ask about restoration.
How is this different from just replacing my roof?+
Replacement means tearing off what's there and starting over — expensive, disruptive, and wasteful if the roof doesn't actually need it. Restoration works with what's already there. Our How It Works page lays out the full restore-vs-replace comparison.
Will my roof look different afterward?+
Yes — most coatings finish bright white or light gray, since that reflective surface is part of what helps lower cooling costs.
How long does the coating last before I need to recoat?+
Depending on the system, warranty coverage runs 10, 15, or 20 years. We'll confirm the specifics for your roof during your free roof walk.
Can this be financed?+
In eligible states, yes — our Financing page covers how C-PACE works, often with $0 down.
Get the facts. Make the call.
A free roof walk tells you whether restoration is a good fit for your roof — no pressure, no one-sided sales pitch. Just facts. That's do right, roof right.
