We find out what's really going on — before we recommend anything.
A hands-on roof walk, a heat-sensing drone, and testing that doesn't cut into your roof. So every recommendation is based on facts — not a guess and a quote.
You can't fix what you can't see.
Roof problems usually start underneath the surface — trapped moisture, a weak spot in the insulation, a seam that's beginning to fail — long before they show up as a leak inside your building.
So we start with a hands-on walk, and when it helps, fly a heat-sensing drone that reveals wet and weak areas invisible from the ground. Then we test the roof without cutting into it — so we know what's happening beneath the surface, not just on top of it.
A solid low slope roof. Nothing wrong is visible from below — which is exactly the problem.
Same roof. The heat signature exposes wet and weak areas — every one of them hidden from the ground.
Actual drone thermal scan — captured on-site and reviewed with you.
How we actually check a roof.
Four methods, layered — because no single one catches everything.
Drone thermal scans
Aerial infrared imaging spots trapped moisture and weak points a ground walk alone can miss.
Hands-on roof walk
We physically walk the roof to check seams, flashing, drainage, and overall condition.
Testing without cutting in
We check what's happening beneath the surface without damaging the roof in the process.
A report you can actually read
Photos and plain-language findings — not a technical report that needs translating.
What actually happens during an inspection.
We schedule a time that works for you
No need to shut anything down or clear the building.
We walk the roof and fly a drone scan
The drone scan happens when it'll actually add useful information — not as an automatic upsell.
We test any areas that look questionable
Without cutting into your roof, so we know what's really going on underneath.
You get a written report with photos
What we found, what it means, and what — if anything — needs to happen next.
What people usually ask before booking an inspection.
Do I need an inspection if my roof looks fine from the ground?+
Roof problems that turn into leaks usually aren't visible from the ground — that's the whole reason an inspection exists. A roof can look fine right up until it doesn't.
How long does an inspection take?+
Usually a few hours, depending on the size of your roof. We'll give you a better estimate once we know more about your building.
Will this catch every problem?+
No inspection can promise to find every hidden issue, and we won't pretend otherwise. Combining a hands-on walk with drone and moisture testing catches far more than a visual check alone — but it's a strong picture, not a perfect one.
What happens after the inspection?+
You get a written report and a straightforward conversation about what, if anything, needs attention — no automatic push toward replacement or unnecessary work.
Get the facts. Make the call.
A free roof walk tells you exactly what's going on with your roof — no pressure, no hard sales pitch. Just facts. That's do right, roof right.
