The seams, HVAC units, and penetrations are then sealed, and all fasteners are tightened and sealed. Finally, a base and top coat of premium-grade elastomeric roof coating are applied, along with silicone in areas prone to water retention. This robust system is backed by a 10-year full labor and material warranty.
